Adam Zenovio Medina
Adam Zenovio Medina is a chef, author, and cultural storyteller from Taos, New Mexico. He graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute in 1994 and returned to Northern New Mexico to share his knowledge of traditional cuisine. In 2000, he co-founded the Ranchos Plaza Grill, a restaurant dedicated to preserving and celebrating family recipes and regional culinary traditions. Medina is a father of three and a grandfather of three, and his work focuses on passing down family heritage through storytelling and cooking.
